The hotel rooms were really cozy, but we faced an issue with no hot water, no refrigerator, and no electric kettle, which led to being shifted to another smaller hotel due to electrical problems. The service was very nice and helpful, going out of their way in the glut of terrible places elsewhere in Agra. The location was fine, not too far from the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Sadar Bazaar, situated conveniently on Faizabad road opposite Maurya Hotel. The dining experience varied from unhygienic, oily, and cold to cooked fresh, hot, and really nice meals in the restaurant. The facilities were good. , with an early check-in available post-checkout and down resto in the common area for our train connection after a thirteen-hour journey on the Varanasi-Agra night train.
